Every year the same family of moose come back to Granbakken. These two visited us yesterday afternoon. The moose hunt is on now, but as long as these two stay around the house, they're safe. Our local hunting team shot 3 at the same time just behind the house last year, so they've decided to spare this cow and her two calves and try for this guy instead.
